Heavy rain in Talegaon Dabhade

Talegaon Station: Due to continuous rain for about 36 hours, Talegaon Dabhade Municipal Council has proved that the pre-monsoon works were farce as the roads and urban areas in Talegaon Dabhade city limits were flooded. Encroachments on public roads, along with sewers, streams, and drains at various places, have created difficulty in the drainage of rainwater. The disaster friends of the wildlife protection organization cleared the way for the water through the protection wall. Macchi Market went under water due to a massive water inundation on the Talegaon-Chakan Highway from Hindvijay Credit Institution directly to Stree Shakti Bhaji Mandai. The internal road bridge connecting Kadolkar Colony and Kalokhewadi was overflowing with water for the first time, blocking the movement of citizens and vehicles.
